At Time+Tide Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the returns portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and tags, ensuring the item is secured for transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horology experts verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
